Nigerian forward,
Kelechi Iheanacho has won his first senior trophy with
Manchester City following their Capital One cup victory over
Liverpool on Sunday, February, 28.
Although Iheanacho was an unused substitute in the game, he was still eligible for a medal, his first since joining City in October, 2014.
Willy Caballero was the hero in a penalty shootout which sealed the League Cup win against Liverpool on Sunday.
City won the penalty shoot-out 3-1 on penalties after the Wembley Stadium showpiece finished 1-1 after extra-time.
Caballero saved spot kicks from
Lucas Leiva, Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana.
Fernandinho had given City the lead after 49 minutes when his shot slipped through keeper
Simon Mignolet's grasp but Coutinho levelled late on.
